Recipe: Funfetti Blondies

Happy Sunday and a Happy Mother's Day to the mother's and the father's who fill the role out there. I've got a kid friendly baking recipe for you to try out there. One of my favorite things in life is a Pillsbury out of the box Funfetti cake. Of all the great from scratch recipes of cakes and confectioneries, I still love that simple extra sugary cake. Here is a portable version of the cake in blondie form! Everything just goes into a mixer and bakes for just 30 minutes!

Recipe:

1 1/4 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 stick butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup whole milk
1 cup white chocolate chips
4 tbsp rainbow sprinkles

Preheat Oven to 350F
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Cream Butter and sugar until fluffy and add egg.

Add in milk and vanilla extract

Then the flour mixture...

Mix the white chocolate chips

Finally add half the sprinkles

Then spread into an 8" pan and place the rest of sprinkles on top.

See how easy that was? and it was delicious!
